Simple Workout Tracker

As the name suggests, this is a simple workout tracker. There are no fancy workout videos or images. This app assumes you know what youre doing in the gym. Create the exercises you need. Build the workouts. Do the workouts and log what you did. The next time you workout the App will show you what you did and you decide what you need to do. You decide to increase the weight or do one more rep.

The workout history allows you to see your progress for each workout and the total load is a good indicator that youre progressing in the right direction.

With features like supersets, you can maximize your time in the gym. Turn on superset for all exercises and youve got a crossfit-style workout. Increase or decrease rest periods and you adjust for power versus endurance.

Change the theme to a color thats easier for you to see or whatever suites your mood. Clear, large fonts allow you to see the current exercise, weights and reps at a distance.

Warriors! Earn your Helmets using the achievement feature. Lift weights and earn a warriors helmet as a reward.

The App now has a Simple Food Tracker. Use the food search, enter portions and track your macros. This App uses the Health Kit and reads the active and resting calories burned. The easiest way to lose weight or gain muscle!
